1. Acceptance of Terms I

By creating an account, accessing content, or otherwise interacting with CLICKIT/STORY, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You agree to: • Comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes. • Accept responsibility for any activity conducted through your account.

2. Limited License & Platform Access I

Access to CLICKIT/STORY is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. By using the Platform, users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and view content made available through the service.

Users may not: • Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, perform, sell, license, or create derivative works from Platform content. • Use Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization. • Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's operation, security, or functionality. • Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings.

3. Intellectual Property Rights I

All content, programs, formats, trademarks, logos, graphics, videos, audio recordings, text, software, and designs available on CLICKIT/STORY are protected by intellectual property laws.

Protected assets include:

• The CLICKIT/STORY name, logo, and visual identity. • Original programs, formats, and creative concepts. • Platform designs, graphics, and user interfaces. • Audio, video, written, and multimedia content.

Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4. User Accounts and Security I

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

Users agree to: • Provide accurate and complete registration information. • Keep account credentials confidential. • Notify CLICKIT/STORY immediately of unauthorized access. • Maintain the security of their account.

CLICKIT/STORY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct I

Users agree not to: • Circumvent or disable Platform security features. • Use bots, scrapers, spiders, or automated systems to access Platform data. • Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals. • Upload unlawful, abusive, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content. • Impersonate any person, organization, or entity. • Violate intellectual property rights. • Attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems, servers, or databases. • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users. • Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability I

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

CLICKIT/STORY does not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free service. • Continuous availability of all content. • Compatibility with all devices or browsers. • Protection from all viruses, malware, or harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLICKIT/STORY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction I

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

8. Amendments and Updates I

CLICKIT/STORY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Users acknowledge that: • Updated Terms become effective upon publication. • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. • Users are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically.

9. Severability & Entire Agreement I

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable:

• The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. • The invalid provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between users and CLICKIT/STORY regarding use of the Platform.
